My first major undertaking was residential and office building with an area of ~ 6.000 m2 and is located in Kisela Voda, Skopje. Supported by an experienced architect overcome the project program which itself contained different types of apartments on the upper floors, offices on the ground floor, underground parking and connection with the environment. The building basically developed as letter L, from the outside offers a view from a height into the city from inside overlooking the courtyard, equipped with urban equipment and greenery. The long sides of the building are covered with multiple shades of gray, red and wooden motifs reminiscent of the traditional.

Along the entire facade on all sides stretching a line in shade of gray and breaks down the facade of smaller fields treated alike.

These long facades are protected from the eaves of the roof which is made like Mansard roof. In front of the building, at the intersection on the both sides are stairs and therefore avoids the problematic views from various parties and thereby staircase are naturally lit and two sided glazed.
