Darko Lazarevski | born 1986 | Skopje, Macedonia

My first official contact with the architecture I had in 2001 in the Construction school centre, on the lesson of "Geometry". But before I get to this "love of architecture", my first creating sympathy I had from childhood towards automotive design when I collecting pictures of sports cars and had sketched countless sheets of various vehicles.

After finishing high school in 2004 I enrolled at the Faculty of Architecture at the state university "Ss. Cyril and Methodius" in Skopje.
Completion of the first part of the studies was in 2012 with the successful presentation of the diploma work entitled "Kayak Center" on Treska river - Skopje, under the mentorship of Professor Victor Pajvanski.

First job as a graduate architect came shortly after graduating at a local construction company "ACG" which dealt with the construction and sale of apartments, a process in which I was directly and indirectly involved as a junior architect. In this period after graduation, among other things, I bumped into (which at the school did not prepare) the real picture with the architecture in the city and how ordinary people accept or reject it, how architecture through rule the people. After one year working in "ACG", the working environment has changed in the architectural studio "Krug" that it developed the main project for the new clinical center "Mother Teresa" in Skopje. I, along with other colleagues, developed the project to detail and got ready for construction. There I felt real teamwork, team values, office work, and cooperation with a quality company such as "AREN" from Turin.

 

After these two great experiences for me, I wrote a master who I has successfully passed in 2016 under the mentorship of Professor Victor Pajvanski and titled "Aqatic center" on Prespa Lake - Markova Noga, Macedonia.

 

After completing the master studies, my professional work was continued as freelancer, working with companies and clients, which were born many architectural solutions where I am always searching the right way in ARCHITECTURE
