Within a competition for designing of furniture, I take active participation with serveral pieces of furniture: chair, armchair and a sofa. All 3 proposed designed solutions come with own story, behind which there are analysis, sketches, material schemes. In the first design solution is developed set of chair and bench, made of thin lamellate wood and finished with fabric. The play with angles, the play with shadows of this furniture, I give him particular style with characteristic form.
In the second proposed solution, I design a chair with simple form but useful, composed of lines and surfaces that together shape the chair. In fact, all the chair is composed of lines - one continuous constructive steel frame - finely treated and others are in form of fabric cables knitted on the steel construction. It is characterized by ease, visual and psysical, but simplicity seriousness. If you look better, this chair resulting from previous one, from his outline.
In the third proposed solution, I design a chair who pills out origins from Macedonia (Balkans) tradition, a modern interpretation of the loom. Construction of wood which strongly reminiscent of the loom and fabric cloth over it, makes it a piece full of history and tradition in whch our grandmothers wotked folk costumes and fabrics.
