As my final achievement in university education in terms of many things is the Aquatic Center, located on the beautiful sandy beaches of the Prespa lake. Detached from all urban crowd and joined with all nature of the lake and high mountains, location is specific kind of Macedonian paradise. The closeness of the Greek border is good for geo location of the future facility, and the lack of other landmarks in the area made me think in terms of - creating a characteristic shape that be a descendant directly from the location. The butterfly as the form itself is characterized by many things but in this case depicts a  swimming discipline, Macedonian and Balkan technique of handmade jewelry and the most important, this area has so many butterflies and some of them endemic which in any other particular part of the Balkans are not. A stylized in shape, butterfly just been landed on the lake shore and at her offering activities, active and recreational that revitalized and renew the healthy spirit with activities on the water. In this building I kept great care of its environmental efficiency so it is comes from local timber structures, laminated or not and as a plinth is used reinforced concrete. It  is all glazed with triple glazing and through active and passive systems this building is heated, cooled, ventilated. One of these elements is easily visible - horizontal brisolei which in the summer is greened  with local paprads who create it a shadows of the whole building and in winter they let the pleasant sunlight. In the wing where it is natatoium with auditorium tribune and in the adjoining wing which is the pool for recreation, because of the attractiveness but also because of the size of the spaces, the construction is performed like lattice using laminated wood beams and that of the space gives comfort, a sense of soft and natural effect. Unobtrusive in terms of height, this building composed of four different wings, with only one - the smallest wing rises on three levels which houses the hotel rooms and thanks to this they have an excellent view of the entire lake. Besides the main building, has secondary facilities which are in the service of Aquatic, such as: bars, amphitheater, marina for boats, underwater amphitheater. This only complements the complex idea, to be fully enjoy: on, besides, in, - Prespa Lake. Urban solution through the newly designed switches, will ensure secure traffic and guests of the complex accessing to the building is easy and should not cuts the line of movement of vehicles on the highway. From this side of the building, stretches a large car park that provides a place for bikes, motorcycles, cars, taxis, tour buses and greened with trees. I take responsible especially for people with disabilities. For this category of people is also provided every kind of ramps and equipment with the presence of persons with disabilities be greater.  With all provided content and solutions designed, the butterfly should be a landmark of the place, inspired by the environment, will work during all seasons for every individual who wants to keep a healthy spirit through individual or competitive sports activities.
